ORDERING

How do I order?

Click the “Add to Cart” buttons whenever you see products you like. Those products will be added to a buying list which you can edit before purchasing. When you’re ready to actually buy the products, just follow the “Checkout” directions to select shipping options and payment method.

Is Aloha Gourmet’s ordering process secure?

Yes. Aloha Gourmet uses PayPal merchant services to ensure that you purchases will be handled in a safe, secure and professional manner.

Do I have to open an account at Aloha Gourmet?

No. You can make purchases without opening an account however if you wish to use our free time-saving features for return customers (Wish List and fast-pay forms), you are invited to open your very own free account.

What payment methods does Aloha Gourmet accept?

Aloha Gourmet uses the PayPal checkout system so you can pay via most major credit cards or PayPal account.

What should I do if I am having trouble placing my order?

Does Aloha Gourmet offer bulk or custom sales?

Yes. Aloha Gourmet is dedicated to also serving event planners, halaus, and organizations wishing custom and/or quantity care packages. To discuss you needs, Contact Us

 

SHIPPING

Can I view shipping costs before checkout?

Yes. You can view estimated shipping costs prior to checkout by inputing your shipping destination.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipments are sent out every Tuesday and Friday afternoon. This means all orders placed before 5:00 PM HST on Monday, will ship on Tuesday and all orders placed before 5:00 PM HST on Thursday will ship out Friday. You will receive your shipment confirmation by email on either Tuesday or Friday, depending on when you placed your order. Our orders ship out via USPS Flat Rate Boxes, so once you receive your shipment confirmation and tracking number please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We’re currently handling domenstic USA orders only but will soon offer to additional locations. Please feel free to join our mailing list to receive notifications on important Aloha Gourmet announcements.

 

RETURNS

What’s Aloha Gourmet’s return policy?

Aloha Gourmet offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your order, ship it back for a full refund. You’ll be reimbursed for the product and the return shipping cost. If you would like to make a return please Contact Us

If I return an item; how soon will I receive my refund?

If you are returning the item for a refund, you should receive a refund in 8-10 business days after we have received your item.

 

FUNDRAISING

How much does Aloha Gourmet contribute to charity?

Aloha Gourmet Care Packages and other products advertised with “% donated to charity” notices contribute 10% of proceeds to programs that support business and financial literacy of students and/or Hawai‘i vendors. 

Can an organization participate in a Aloha Gourmet fundraisers?

Yes. Aloha Gourmet welcomes all comers to help spread business and financial literacy to the world.

Can an organization sell Aloha Gourmet products as their own fundraiser?

Yes. Aloha Gourmet offers programs whereby your organization can share in profits through group sales of Aloha Gourmet Charity Care Packages.  For more, Contact Us
